BetAmerica Creates Easier Way for Americans to Wager on Horse Races
BetAmerica is an American based horseracing wagering site of Horse Race North Dakota. The website has created a new online betting service that is supposed to make betting on horse races easier. The new service will also make it easier to watch horse races. The website used carve-outs granted to horseracing under the UIGEA, Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, to create the new service. The site can now offer thoroughbred, quarter horse and harness wagering content from racetracks around the world.
The new service is operated and licensed by the state of North Dakota and will be mixing all wagering into the United States host track pools and has a track record of processing over $200 million in pari-mutuel wagers. The new service moves the group into pari-mutuel services and they will join other licensed pari-mutuel services such as TwinSpires, XpressBet and Youbet. BetAmerica holds more than 80 racetracks while operating with the other licensed groups.
“We are sure that by recreating what online racing and gaming is in North America we are going to be able to increase the player base and draw users away from the abroad bodies. It's not about offering the same merchandise in a different place; it's about improving and innovating the whole experience for the player'” stated Jared Alexander, the spokesperson for the BetAmerica website. Alexander also stated that the Company would be holding competitions and tournaments over the next few months, along with the racing merchandise.
Lien Games Racing is the parent firm of BetAmerica and the CEO of Lien, Ken Lien, stated that using the new Internet betting system, players will have an easier time watching and betting on horse races. “BetAmerica provides free video for every associate, no bet or subscription fees and, most notably, money awards based on the entire dollar bet on our selected BetAmerica Bonus Tracks” Stated Lien.
