Online gambling operator Betfair offers their players many different gambling options including sports betting. The online gambling operator has launched a new and improved version of their Betfair iPad mobile betting application and players can go ahead and use the application now.

The application has been completely revamped after a strong demand for changes from players. Betfair stated that the new application has been released after customers stated they wanted a friendly interface with features that are more oriented for a tablet.

Players can wager on a variety of sporting events and using the application, players will be able to access the best sporting bets online and they can deposit and withdraw funds quicker than they have been able to before.

The new application not only is great for players but it also great for the employees at Betfair as well. Back in 2010, the company employed just ten people in the mobile division and now they have over sixty employees working in the mobile department.

Phil Dixon the director of technology at Betfair commented on the new options and what it to come by stating: “We may now take one of two of the platforms and begin to experiment and explore. iPad might explore different usage paradigms, for example, and on Android we may have a bit more flexibility to try different navigation.”

Betfair is very busy with their mobile options and will continue to work to provide the best mobile gambling options in the industry. It will be interesting to see what the major betting company will release next.
