Recently a report surfaced that Floyd Mayweather Jr. wagered a good bit of money on a football game and managed to win! Mayweather Jr. is used to losing and winning millions of dollars as he wagers on many different occasions. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Mayweather Jr. decided to wager $1 million on the Patriots game during week 15 of the NFL season.
Mayweather Jr. decided to wager the million on the Patriots and against Tim Tebow’s Broncos and he choose well. The Pats earned the win 41-23 and covered the 6.5 point spread. So the boxer won his very large bet which should come in handy for him.
According to many reports, the boxing star owes a court fine for domestic violence. Mayweather Jr. reportedly owes $2,500 fine for the incident and he will most likely be wagering the cash he won on even more games. it will be interesting to see if the boxer’s luck continues or if he will lose more cash than he has won.
