Facebook is an online social networking site that offers their members a wide variety of options. Members can now place wagers on many different sporting events on the new social betting application that just launched on Facebook. The new application is a great way for beginning sports bettors to be able to practice placing wagers to see how well they do.

The new option, titled 2Bet2 gives members of Facebook an opportunity to wager against the house or other players on various college and professional sporting games. Players can choose to wager on basketball, football, ice hockey, tennis, golf and the MLB.

Players will be given virtual money which is non redeemable. Players will get the ‘cash’ free when they sign up for the service. Players can earn bonus ‘cash’ which can be used to place wagers via the sports betting application. The application will be updating their odds the same way a real sports book would; the only difference will be players will not be earning real money.

Players can earn experience points as they place their sports wagers which will help them unlock additional levels. Players can open up new leagues which will allow them to place larger wagers on their favorite teams and games.
